25 lb, 21 lb and 9 lb Carp for the lads again

We both arrived at the swan lake at 4:30pm on Friday evening. This was mine and chris's second visit and we were both looking forward to set up and getting the rods in position for the night. There were 3 other people on the lake and the first night was quite with just the odd bleep. The following night we both cast out around 7:00pm waiting for a run.

At 10:05pm my left rod screamed off, it felt like a decent fish. After around a 20 minute fight we had her in the net.....a perfect 25.01 lb mirror! Taken on a SBS fruit and nut bollie tip with fake corn. Less than 5 minutes after we had slipped it back Chris's rod screamed of and he was in to his first fish of the session, a few moments later we had it on the bank, another mint mirror at 21.13 lb. on a single SBS fruit and nut bollie.Chris then went on to catch a 9.03 common on the same bait before the session came to an end.......we will both be back soon!
